# Leadbox > Leadbox is a business card scanner and private lead inbox for iPhone, for people who meet people for work. Scan a card or a badge, say who you met, or type a line; Leadbox fills in the details, remembers what you talked about, and tells you who to reach today, with the message already written. No account, and your leads always export. Leadbox is made by Abubakr and Rahim, who make apps as Null and Canon. It runs on iPhone 11 and later with iOS 26 or later. There is no iPad, Android or web version. ## How it works - **Keep meeting people. Leadbox keeps up.** Scan the whole stack of business cards, then talk about everyone at once. Leadbox puts each part on the right card, with its follow-up. - **Forget the name. Leadbox won't.** Search the way you remember them: what they do, where you met, what they said. - **And everything else you'd want.** Get anyone in, wherever you met them. Take everyone with you, anytime. ## What it costs The first 5 leads are free. After that, one plan billed two ways: - **Yearly:** $59.99 a year ($5 a month), save 37% - **Monthly:** $7.99 a month ($95.88 a year) Everyone filed stays yours, whether a plan renews or not. ## Questions ### Is Leadbox free? Yes, for your first 5 people, with everything included and no card. After that it's $59.99 a year or $7.99 a month, and you can cancel anytime in Settings. ### Where do my leads live? On your iPhone, encrypted, with no account. Leadbox keeps no copy of what it reads, and its AI provider never trains on it, holding it at most 30 days for abuse checks. Never sold. ### What does it do that my camera can't? Your camera can grab a number. A business card scanner like Leadbox keeps the whole person: where you met, what you talked about, and the day to reach out, with the message ready to send. ### Will it run on my phone? Yes, on any iPhone 11 or newer with iOS 26. ### Can I scan a whole stack at once? That's its favorite part. Shoot card after card, or several in one photo, then record one voice note about them all, and everyone gets their own next step. ### Can I fix what it reads? Always. Each card sits right beside what was read, so you can fix any detail before it's saved. ### Can I get everyone into Excel, Outlook or my CRM? Anytime, on any plan. Export a spreadsheet for Excel, Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho, or contact cards for Outlook and your Contacts, for one event or everyone. ### How often will it ping me? Only when it matters: the day a follow-up you set is due, with a first name and the step. A morning note is there too, if you'd like one. ### Will it work at a busy trade show? It's built for convention center Wi-Fi. Cards and voice notes wait on your phone and are read once you're back online, and everyone you saved works offline. ### Will my leads move to a new iPhone? Yes, everyone comes along in your iPhone's backup, or in a backup file you save from Settings.
