Moving to a new iPhone
Your leads come along in your iPhone's backup. You can also save a backup file in Settings, Back Up to a File, and open it on the new iPhone with Restore from a File.
Getting your leads out
Settings, Export Everything saves everyone as a spreadsheet or as contact cards. To export only some people, filter the Leads list (an event, say) and export from there.
Restoring a plan
On a new iPhone, or after reinstalling, tap Restore under your plan in Settings. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.
Cancelling a plan
In your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Leadbox. Your plan runs to the end of the time you've paid for, and everyone you've filed stays yours.
Turning off reading with AI
Settings, What Leaves Your Phone, then turn off Read Cards and Voice Notes. You type the details in instead.
Deleting everything
Settings, Delete Everything removes every lead, photo and recording from your iPhone. Back up first if you might want them again.
